About Me

Infra Head (IT) at GM Modular in Mumbai, reporting to the CTO — accountable for infrastructure, cloud, security, ITSM, vendor management and enterprise AI across GM Modular, GM Elektra and GM Nexus: the head office, the Vasai plants, the Hyderabad factory and showroom, Vijayawada and branches across India. The work falls into three areas: commissioning new plants and offices from design to go-live; keeping business-critical platforms — SAP on HANA, Google Cloud — available; and building the governance around a team: role definitions, KPIs, standards and vendor controls. Outside the day job I build under the Cito Cosmic ecosystem and take a small number of weekend consulting engagements.

GM Nexus — Hyderabad Plant

Full IT and physical build for a new manufacturing facility. Compared competing vendor BOQs, wrote the gap findings and the CTO decision brief, and took the BOQ through three revisions to purchase-order approval. Catalyst 9300 core with HSRP, outdoor-rated access points for the hot machinery zone, SD-WAN on dual ISPs, 147 permanent cameras, and a stabilised power feeder after raw supply began damaging devices.

GM Bandhan — Loyalty Platform on Google Cloud

Infrastructure owner for the company's loyalty app for electricians and retailers: six VMs and four PostgreSQL databases across development and production. Before the 2026 festive season, audited monitoring and rebuilt it as a 20-policy alert baseline with runbooks; fixed a scheduler fault that had needed a manual database start every morning.
